Yes, we are committed to sustainable manufacturing. We have extensive experience running 100% rPET (recycled PET) and other eco-friendly resins. Additionally, our ISBM process allows for 'lightweighting'—reducing overall plastic usage by optimizing wall sections without compromising the container's structural integrity.
Technical
Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) involves biaxial stretching of the preform, which significantly enhances the clarity, mechanical strength, and barrier properties of the final container compared to traditional Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM). This makes it the superior choice for high-clarity PET containers used in personal care and food industries.
Absolutely. While we offer over 80 stock moulds for immediate production, our engineering team specializes in custom tooling. We can take your project from initial 3D concept through pilot testing to high-volume production for containers ranging from 1oz to 16oz.
ISBM is highly optimized for Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) due to its excellent clarity and barrier properties. However, we also have significant experience working with other resins including PP (Polypropylene) and recycled PET (rPET). Each material is selected based on your product's chemical compatibility and aesthetic requirements.
